Feeling dizzy all day today. Actually lost my balance at low speed and fell off my bike.

I am battling severe bout of depression since last night. Despondency covering me like a cold blanket. Wonder if that has anything to do with the dizzy spells - and vice versa. All the same, made for a harrowing journey into work this morning.

Second post

Over a year later and only my second post. if nothing else a test of the persistence of the rubbish on the net.

I've been riding my bicycle to work for almost three weeks now. roughly 20 miles a day, five days a week. Three hundred miles on and not feeling any better for it - yet.

New blog, first post. Nothing to say of any relevance to anyone. Setting the tone of things to come I think. no one will ever read this anyway, so here it is. Check back for more useless words clogging up the small bandwidth we call a connection.
